  • Diagnosis and resolution of end user computer difficulties via remote access, phone and on-site
  • Technical support for Windows computers, Microsoft Office applications and services

    • Leading the Administrative team and delegating tasks
    • Ensuring data availability and reporting to management
  • Managing various administrative tasks and operations to support business operations:
    • Various tasks in procurement, gathering offers, creating orders, entering suppliers into the ERP system
    • Entering and processing incoming invoices (through a defined ERP process)
    • Reminding customers, financial reconciliations of account cards, support in posting and reposting through ERP software, communication with external accounting
    • Internal analyses and reports, controlling, supervision based on system data
    • Various tasks related to the office and its maintenance (contacting the janitor as needed, etc.), answering the phone and redirecting calls, etc.
    • Various tasks related to the legal segment, contracts, reconciliations, and communication with external lawyers
    • Various tasks related to compliance, ISO, workplace safety, and others, through control points
    • Various tasks related to organizing team building projects, employee care, surveys, and forms, as well as business processes for hiring, termination, etc.
  • Managing regular periodic financial activities according to existing predefined processes within the ERP application:
    • Daily entry of bank statements
    • Daily scanning and entry of incoming invoices
  • Improving and enhancing internal administrative processes, potential automation, and maintaining and documenting existing processes
  • Working on projects for EU funds, ISO, etc.
  • Advancement and tracking of technology with new modern IT tools for daily use (project management, forms, processes, documentation, etc.)
  • Office management and various administration tasks
