Job description:
- Diagnosis and resolution of end user computer difficulties via remote access, phone and on-site
- Technical support for Windows computers, Microsoft Office applications and services
- Administration of user accounts, e-mail addresses and groups through Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- Preventative maintenance of server hardware and Microsoft software solutions
- Centralized administration and software deployment for Windows computers using Group Policy or Intune
- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting Windows Server and network equipment
- Analysis and resolution of issues with switch and router devices, network printers and scanners
- Regular updating and IT system status checks
- Documentation of changes within IT systems
- On-site delivery of IT equipment for customers in the Zagreb area
- Support for cloud products based on Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms
- Participation in RND/POC scenarios for various Nodefusion and 3rd party solutions
- Scripting for the purpose of automation
- Directing of more complex cases to higher support levels

- Leading the Administrative team and delegating tasks
- Ensuring data availability and reporting to management
- Managing various administrative tasks and operations to support business operations:
- Various tasks in procurement, gathering offers, creating orders, entering suppliers into the ERP system

- Working on projects for EU funds, ISO, etc.
