Billing Units
The minimum Billing Unit depends on the method of service delivery:
Remote: 20 minutes
In most cases, work can be done remotely by connecting to the user’s computer, and the organizational infrastructure. This enables us to solve tasks as soon as possible.
On-Site: 1 hour
Only when it is necessary to come to a location, e.g. for hardware connection and configuration that cannot be done remotely.
Discounted Hourly Rates are applicable with an active Managed Service subscription. Can be adjusted prior to each subsequent month via Nodefusion Portal. Any additional work performed within a month would be charged at the base price.
