Whistleblowing Policy

Compliance with laws and internal policies and principles of conduct is of major importance to our organization because we strongly feel that the key to the company’s success is based on integrity, ethics, and personal responsibility. We, therefore, strive to avoid any risk that could compromise our integrity or have a detrimental effect on our company, our employees, or our business partners, customers, and shareholders. If we are to live up to this responsibility, it is of utmost importance that we are made aware of any compliance-related misconduct.
Nodefusion takes reports from whistleblowers very seriously and will carefully examine each report received through this system, taking all necessary actions to protect the whistleblower. Reports are confidential, and in the case of making a report, your identity will be fully protected.
We receive reports related to the following issues:
  • Harassment/Discrimination/Sexual harassment;
  • Bribery/Corruption;
  • Violation of company policy/Code of Conduct;
  • Conflict of interest;
  • Fraud/Theft;
  • Health and safety at work/Environmental preservation;
  • Anti-trust issues;
  • Money laundering;
  • Other irregularities.
Your report is completely confidential, and your personal data is protected at all times. We recommend that when submitting a report, you provide as much information as possible about the irregularity you are reporting to facilitate the actions we will take upon receipt of the report.

Speak Up when something’s not right

Part of building a culture of trust is learning to speak up when something is not right, so that we can address the problem. You don’t have to have all the details or be sure that something is wrong to raise an integrity concern. We strive to treat your reports seriously, fairly, and to act promptly if something needs to be fixed based on what we learn.
