Policy

1. Overview

This policy determines the purpose, usage and protection of personal information collected via video surveillance.

2. Purpose

The video surveillance system is used exclusively for the protection of persons, assets and work areas.

3. Locations

Cameras are placed at Nodefusion business locations, in the following positions:

• Building entrance.

• Both sides of office space entrances.

4. Data Protection

All collected data is protected in accordance with regulations. Recordings are stored on a secure system to which access is restricted to authorized personnel.

5. Data Processing

Recordings are stored and retained for a maximum of 6 months, except in the case of legal proceedings.

6. Rights

Individuals have the right to access the recorded data, the right to data deletion and the right to object to data processing.
